Travelers must bring cash to pay the amount of the port fee

If you do not arrive at the pier before the specified maximum time to start the day pass (8:45 am), you will forfeit the payment made for a no-show.
If the client cancels the reservation 24 hours before the specified maximum time to start the day pass, they can request a refund of 80% of the paid amount (20% corresponding to administrative expenses).
We also remind you that Bora Bora, Pao Pao, and Islabela are private clubs, and therefore, it is FORBIDDEN to bring firearms, coolers, food, and alcoholic beverages to their facilities or on the boat.
