Schedule:
Hotel pick-up starts at 05:30 AM (Please be ready in the lobby).
Monday to Sunday.
Approximate trip duration to the island: 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Departure from Isla Palma 2:40 pm to 3:00 pm depending on maritime conditions.
Arrival back in Cartagena is around 4:30 pm.

Recommendation to bring comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a towel, and your own snorkeling gear (the island does not offer rental services).
All trips are subject to maritime conditions and/or mandates from local authorities.
If the passenger is not on time at the pick-up location, this will be considered a NO show, and your reservation will be forfeited (non-refundable).
Bringing outside food, beverages, and sound equipment that could disrupt others is strictly prohibited.
Isla Palma reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone disrupting the safety or normal operation of the trip.
