Important information:
Any changes to the reservation date or number of guests must be requested in advance via email and are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within the allowed time frame are eligible for a 50% refund, minus administrative and banking fees.
Late cancellations or No Shows are non-refundable.
Group reservations require a minimum notice of 72 hours.
For group bookings, the same 50% partial refund policy applies, minus administrative and banking fees.
If weather conditions prevent safe operation, guests will be offered free rescheduling or a full refund, according to their preference.
No full or partial refunds will be issued once the guest has entered Club Kabanna and voluntarily decides to leave for personal reasons, change of preference, weather conditions, or factors unrelated to the club’s operations.
Club Kabanna reserves the right of admission.
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is strictly prohibited in accordance with Colombian Law 124 of 1994.
A 10% suggested service charge applies in accordance with Colombian law. This charge is voluntary and may be adjusted based on guest satisfaction.
