Departure: 09:00 AM from the designated pier in Cartagena.
Return: Arrival back in Cartagena by 05:00 PM. or before depending sea conditions

Footwear Policy: To protect the deck, high-heeled shoes are strictly prohibited on board.

Important information:

The price covers up to 15 people for both.
For each additional guest beyond this number, there is a fee of USD 60 per person, up to the maximum capacity.
The reservation is confirmed with payment of 100% of the contracted value. No boat can leave the dock without 100% payment completed no later than 10 days before departure.
Any claim or reimbursement request must be communicated during service delivery or within 3 days after the service ends. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payer and via the original payment method.
Weather Policy: Tours only cancel under an official "Red Flag" from the Port Captain. Rain is not considered an impediment to navigation.
Safety: Life jackets are provided and mandatory during navigation.
Add-ons: Catering and premium beverage packages can be arranged upon request.
Departure and return schedules from the islands are subject to daily navigation conditions and are authorized exclusively by the maritime authorities.

• Can we bring our own food and alcohol?
Absolutely! Guests are encouraged to bring their own refreshments. The crew will assist with serving and keeping your drinks iced in the onboard coolers.

• What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 15 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip or "no shows" are non-refundable.
